Use of this site

This site is provided to share information about the Trust's mission and activities, and to allow visitors to donate or get in touch. Content may be updated as the Trust's work develops. You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.

Donations

Donations made through this site go directly to Nirvair Welfare Trust to support its charitable objects as set out in its registered Trust Deed. Online payments are processed through Razorpay; by donating, you also agree to Razorpay's own terms of service.

Accuracy of information

We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current, particularly around the Trust's registration status and ongoing work. As a newly registered trust, some sections — such as impact figures, project galleries, and tax-exemption status — will be added or updated as they become real, rather than filled in early.

Intellectual property

The Nirvair Welfare Trust name, logo, and seal are the property of the Trust. Content on this site may be shared for non-commercial purposes with attribution to Nirvair Welfare Trust.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Fazilka, Punjab.
