Nirvair Welfare Trust ("we", "us", "the Trust") is a registered public charitable trust based in Jalalabad, Punjab (Registration No. 2025-26/57/04/106). This policy explains what information we collect through nirvairwelfaretrust.org and how we use it.

When you donate, volunteer, or contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide directly — typically your name, email address, phone number, and, for donations, the amount you choose to give. We do not collect this information through hidden tracking or third-party data brokers.

- To send you a receipt or acknowledgement
- To respond to questions you send us directly
- To keep an internal record required for the Trust's own accounts and audit
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
Payments
Online donations are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway. Your card, UPI or banking details are handled directly by Razorpay and are never stored on our servers. Please refer to Razorpay's own privacy policy for how they handle payment data.
Cookies
This site does not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, and request that it be corrected or deleted, by writing to nirvairwelfaretrust@gmail.com.
