Refund Policy

Donations made to Nirvair Welfare Trust go directly toward the Trust's charitable work. Because of this, donations are generally non-refundable once processed.

When we will issue a refund

• You were charged more than once for the same donation due to a technical error
• You were charged an incorrect amount due to a system error on our end
• You made the donation in error and contact us within 24 hours of the transaction

In any of these cases, write to nirvairwelfaretrust@gmail.com with your payment reference (available in your Razorpay confirmation email) and we will review it promptly. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Razorpay, typically within 5–7 working days.

What we won't refund

Change of mind after a donation has been received and allocated toward the Trust's work is not grounds for a refund, in fairness to the programs that donation is already supporting.
